This restaurant used to be one of my family’s favorites. For the last six or seven years, it was owned by two sisters who cared deeply about its customers and its employees, and the vibe & food was always excellent. We found out it has new owners and the place is going downhill quickly. Wait times on food are outrageous, and our favorite servers have quit. The new owners seem to be dismissive and rude. I’m afraid this will no longer be the Adelo’s Pizza we used to love. Hospitality matters.

Order the pepperoni and Alli pizzas. Both were good, but the pepperoni was delicious. Service was very friendly and attentive. Beer was nice and cold too. Pizza came out quick and hot.

Adelo's has delicious food. Their crust is soft, chewy, and offers just the right amount of crunch to go with the softness. Everyone who eats here has enjoyed their pizza, wings, and anything that we've tried. Don't forget to order their beer bites! The beer bites are to die for, and come in several options from savory to sweet (my favorites are the garlic)!

The pizza crust tastes like it was made by someone that really loves what they are doing.....It warmed my soul on a night when we had spent the entire day unloading 6 U-boxes, moving back to Spokane from Phoenix. Tired and hungry, it was a great choice. Not wild about country music, so took it down a notch for atmosphere. Delighted to see they have trivia night. Will plan to go back for that! But the pizza!!! 😋

Update: 6/11 This has turned into a regular spot for us. I made a mistake in not realizing the owner is the host of trivia. She and her sister have made quite a welcoming neighborhood spot. The trivia is great now that we got the understanding of how it works. I like her format and have quite enjoyed our time there Came in for trivia night. Got there just before happy hour ended, great menu, would go back just for happy hour. Trivia could be better, not sure why they don't offer paper sheets that match the trivia played. But the host was nice, just confused that we needed 3 papers. Smaller venue, loved that kids could be there for trivia, more inclusive. I will definitely be back.
